The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) In The Scope Of The Design: 1) Carrying Out An Inventory For Design Purposes Of The Modernized Part Of The Existing Building, Together With An Inventory Of Sources Of Medical Gases And An Inventory Of Parts Of The Building That Are Not Within The Scope Of The Project But Have A Direct Impact On Investment;2) Preparation Of A Multi-Disciplinary Architectural, Construction And Installation Concept Approved By The Ordering Party;3) Preparation Of An Expert Report Or Opinion Regarding The Technical Condition Of A Part Of The Existing Building, Which Covers The Scope Of The Study (In The Event Of Impossibility To Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Including The Provisions Of The Construction Law);4 ) Obtaining Consent To Derogations From Applicable Regulations, In Particular Regulations Regarding Fire Protection And Hygiene And Sanitary Conditions, Only In Justified Cases; 5) Preparing A Full-Sector Construction Design Based On An Approved Concept By The Ordering Party; 6) Preparing A Full-Sector Technical Design Based On The Approved Concept Concept By The Ordering Party;7) Obtaining Approvals From An Expert In Hygienic And Sanitary Matters;8) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Appropriate Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Implement Investments Required By The Construction Law Or Separate Regulations9) Execution Of The Material And Financial Schedule In Consultation With The Ordering Party; Ensuring Authorial Supervision Of The Author Of The Project In The Scope Referred To In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended).10) Design Documentation Should Include Solutions Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs In The Field Of Architectural Accessibility, I.E.: A. B) In The Scope Of Construction Works And Installations: 1) Carrying Out Demolition And Complete Construction And Installation Works Based On Completed And Approved Designs; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Permanently Associated With Building, White Assembly With Fittings And Accessories, In Accordance With The Design And Technology;3) On The Lower Ground Floor: Construction Of Complete Installations For Diagnostic Studies Cooperating With The Emergency Department - Computed Tomography Laboratory And Endoscopy Laboratory With Separate Communication;4) On The High Ground Floor: Construction Complete Installations Of The Hospital Emergency Department Along With Accompanying Rooms Outside The Emergency Department, In Particular Technical Rooms Located On The Lower Ground Floor;5) Complete Connection Of Newly Designed Installations To Source Points In The Hospital And Transit Of Installations Outside The Area Covered By The Scope Of The Study To The Designed Rooms;6) Execution Of Complete Installations In Rooms On The Lower Ground Floor;7) Construction Of Escape Routes, Installations Taking Into Account The Needs And Security Of Fire Protection;8) Construction Of Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Medical Gas Installations, Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning, And It Power Supply System; 9) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Of The Actual State On The Date Of Acceptance Of The Works; 10) Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Occupancy Permit Decisions Or Reporting The Completion Of Works To Pinb And All Necessary Administrative Procedures, C) In The Scope Of Additional Equipment: 1) Preparing An Interior Design Project Together With A Summary Equipment In Order To Prepare Materials For The Ordering Party And Confirm Compliance Of The Equipment With The Detailed Designs, In Particular Connections And Completeness Of The Installations;2) Development Of Documentation Related To Furniture And Medical Equipment Along With Their Detailed Technical Specification And Layout Plan;3) Approval For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Projects By The Ordering Party; 4) Delivery And Assembly Of Medical Equipment In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Together With Software And License If Required To Operate The Supplied Equipment; 5) Preparation Of Necessary Instructions And Staff Training; 6) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Medical Equipment And Equipment Elements In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Tk)7) Developing A Design Of Radiological Shields For Rooms Where Ionizing Radiation Will Be Used, Agreed With The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In The Radiation Hygiene Department;8) Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Procedures On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To Put The Devices Into Operation;9) Commissioning Of Medical Equipment And Equipment Elements In Accordance With The Requirements And Current Regulations. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program And Annexes, In The Conceptual Design, Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Are Annexes To The Swz.
