A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Form Of Required Technical Conditions, Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz - Form Of Required Technical Conditions - Package No. 1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Required Technical Conditions In The Form Submitted (Appendix No. 2.1 To Swz) For Package 1 - The Tractor Brand And Tractor Model, Manufacturer And Tur Model, As Well As Complete All Items In The Contractors Declaration Column. The Form Of Required Technical Conditions Constitutes The Content Of The Offer In The Strict Sense. 4. Within The Scope Of Package No. 1 - The Tractor Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By Applicable Regulations For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads As A Slow-Moving Vehicle, Including: Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988) And The Regulations Of This Act.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not The Subject Of Exhibitions Or Exhibitions, Free From Physical Defects Of The Items, As Well As From Any Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties.
