Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Marina On Pond No. 1 In Sołacki Park And Construction Of The Marina Based On The Prepared Documentation
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Administrative Decisions Regarding The Construction Of A Marina On Pond No. 1 In Sołacki Park And The Construction Of A Marina Based On The Prepared Documentation, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Annex No. 2 (Functional Utilitarian) To The Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz). The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Also Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Draft Contract). Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least 36-Month Quality Warranty From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Comments.2. The Order Will Be Performed In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Design Work - Updating The Map For Design Purposes For A Part Of The Area Covered By The Study, - Preparing A Technical Design, - Obtaining Opinions And Permits Required By Law, Contract And The Functional And Utility Program On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Consents, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Implement The Project Referred To In § 1 Section Of The Agreement2) Stage Ii - Implementation Works - Construction Works, - As-Built Documentation
