The Contractor Undertakes To Undertake The Heavy Machinery Operator Course Within A Maximum Period Of 10 Calendar Days, Counting From Receipt Of The Purchase Order By The Contractor. The Course Will Be Held At The Authoritys Headquarters Or In Contractors Premises, As Long As They Are Located Within A Maximum Radius Of 350 Km From The Municipalitys Headquarters.
