Thes include: Failure at the join of the south side of the braced wall on the south side of auditorium. (Around the cracks in the braced wall and a lack of a flashing at the timber concrete veneer junction). High level window sill failures to the east and west side of the auditorium Failure to the roofing membrane around the auditorium Interior damage to wall linings.
