Tenders are invited for Provision of Transit, Customs Clearing, and Freight Forwarding Service Bid closing date: Apr 24, 2024 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Apr 24, 2024 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB Bid bond: 2% Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents by depositing a non-refundable payment amount of ETB 200 (Two Hundred Birr) on CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society & collect the bidding document from ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, First floor, office No.25; which located around Stadium Addis Ababa. Bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2016 E.C. registration certificate, Tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates, and other necessary documents. All tenders must be submitted to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelopes. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid. FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labelled as TECHNICAL OFFER and also ORIGINAL TECHNICAL OFFER document should be stamped on every page. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be wax sealed, stamped in and signed outer envelope, addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society whose address is mentioned below. Bid will be closed on April 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS Conference Room, Addis Ababa.
