Supply Of Ready-Made Meals For Ituporanga City Hall Employees. Lunch Times: Between 11:00 And 11:30. Detail Of The Minimum Lunch Menu / Meal Is Beans, Rice, Potatoes, Pasta, Farofa, Top Quality White Meat Or Red Meat And Salad Or Mayonnaise. Meals Must Be Composed Of 04 (Four) Garnishes: 1. White Rice, Type 01 Totaling Approximately 100 (No) Grams; 2. Boiled/Fried/Roasted Beef Or Pork, Tuscan Sausage, Chicken Or Fish Thigh And Drumstick Totaling Approximately 250 (Two Hundred And Fifty) Grams; 3.Mass Totaling Approximately 100 (One Hundred) Grams; 4. Vegetable/Legumes Totaling Approximately 100 (One Hundred) Grams. The Menu Should Present Varied Preparations To Ensure Good Acceptability. A Rotation (Variation) Should Be Made Between The Meats, Pastas, And Vegetables To Be Served, So That There Are No Daily Repetitions Of The Same Menu. Differentiated Menus Must Be Provided, At No Additional Cost, For Service On Celebratory Dates, Such As: Easter, Christmas, New Year, Etc.
