Bids Are Invited For Survey, Data Collection & Analysis Services

Interested Suppliers Are Invited To Submit A Response To This Multi-Use List Request For Qualifications (Mulrfq) For The Opportunity To Be Evaluated And Determined Whether They Are Eligible To Be Added To The Ministry’S Homelessness Research, Data Collection And Analysis Services.The Services Include The Following Required Components And The Preferred Components Below. Respondents Must Be Able To Deliver The Required Service Components And Demonstrate Research Experience And Subject Matter Expertise On Homelessness, Or The Service Provision For Individuals Experiencing Homelessness To Be Qualified To Participate In Procurement That May Be Issued As A Result Of This Mulrfq.The Following Components Are Required Services.Sample Design;Sample Provision;Questionnaire Design;Sample And Data Cleaning And Validation;Data Collection Methodology;Customer Service Accessibility;On-Site Interview Monitoring And Data Collection;Quantitative Analysis; Pilot Testing; Andsecure Storage Of Data.The Following Components Are Preferred, But Not Required:Data Collection – Dialling Technologies, Online Surveys; Qualitative Analysis; Andwriting And Review.The Services Are Described In Greater Detail, Including In Section 5 And The Appendices.As Described In Section 8, On A Non-Exclusive “As, If And When Requested” Basis, Qualified Suppliers May Be Sent Competition Notices Providing The Opportunity To Compete To Provide Services To The Ministry.Only Qualified Suppliers Will Be Sent And May Respond To Competition Notices That May Issue From This Mulrfq. No Competition Notices Will Be Issued Before The Initial Intake.Interested Suppliers Should Familiarize Themselves With The Entirety Of This Mulrfq And Submit A Response As Described In Section 7.
