Harbour Solutions Pumping Stations Plc And Hmi Upgrades . This Project Involves The Replacement Of The Process Logic Controller (Plc), And Human Machine Interface (Hmi) At Sixteen (16) Harbour Solution Pumping Stations. The Plcs Are Scadapack Controllers That Are Programmed To Control The Pumps, And In Some Stations, Analog Gate Positioners. The Plcs Are Connected By Serial Cable To A Data Radio Which Broadcasts Station Status Signals To The Remote Scada Server. At Some Stations, Remote Input And Output Modules Have Been Added To The Scadapack To Increase The Number Of Input And Output Points Where Necessary. The Hmis Are A Local Touch Screen Mounted On The Control Panel Cabinet Door. The Hmis Are Programmed With Multiple Page Which Allow The Operator To Monitor The Process And Adjust Setpoints. Halifax Water Is Seeking A Contractor That Will Be Responsible For The Design, Supply, And Installation Of The Replacement Plcs, Hmis, And The Relevant Input/Output Modules. As Built Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, A Map Providing All Locations, Halifax Water’S Relevant Hardware Specification(S), And All Logic Programs Will Be Provided To The Successful Proponent Upon Reward. Coordination With Third Party Property Owners For Access To The Sites Will Be Required For A Small Number (≫5) Of The Sites.
