Hiring A Specialized Company To Provide Absenteeism Control And Medical Expertise Services For Public Servants In The Municipality Of Alto Caparaó/Mg 1 - The Contracted Company, Through Its Technical Manager (Occupational Doctor), Will Be Responsible For The Advice And Coordination In Occupational Medicine, Including Service And Analysis Health Certificates For Municipal Employees, Absenteeism Control And Medical Expertise; 2 - Services Must Be Provided Daily, From Monday To Friday, Through Prior Scheduling Carried Out By The Human Resources Department. The Company Must Provide Opening Hours Within A Maximum Period Of 48 (Forty-Eight) Hours; 3 - The Company Must Carry Out The Medical Examination In Its Own Office, Located At A Maximum Of 60 Km From The Municipality Of Alto Caparaó, So That The Movement Of Employees Is Not Too Costly. 4 - The Occupational Doctor Must Analyze The Medical Certificates Presented By The Employees, With Interpretation Of The Complementary Exams, And Must Issue A Technical Report On The Employees Occupational Health Situation, Ratifying Or Rectifying In A Complementary Way The Certificate Presented; 5 - Upon Request From The Administration Secretary, The Company Will Carry Out An Examination In A Judicial Proceeding Involving A Public Servant, And Must Present Answers To The Questions Requested By The Court. 6 - All Procedures Relating To The Services Provided Must Be Carried Out In Writing, With The Issuance Of Reports, Opinions And Others, Which Must Be Made Available To The Administration For Filing In The Servers Functional Folder.
