The Welfare District Of Vantaa And Kerava Organizes A Tender And Requests Offers For The Procurement Of Transport Services For The Temporary Transportation Of Students Of Children With Child Protection Grounds To Schools In The Cities Of Vantaa And Kerava. The Duration Of The Agreement Is From The Signing Of The Agreement (Approximately 17.6.2024) Until 30.7.2026. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Period With A Two (1+1) Year Option. Student Transport Is Run On School Days. There Are Now Approx. 40 Children In The Transport Service 04/2024. The Need For Transportation Is Variable. The Children Are Urgently And Temporarily Placed In Child Protection Family Care, A Child Protection Institution Or Family Rehabilitation. There Are About 30 Possible Starting Points For The Transport. The Starting And Ending Points Are All In Uusimaa, Most In Vantaa Or Kerava. The Service Provider Plans The Routes And Transport Schedules Based On The Customer Information Provided By The Subscriber And In Accordance With The Students Reading Orders And Schedules. One Service Provider Is Selected For Procurement. The Service Description Of The Procurement Is Attached To This Request For Tender.
