This Consultation Concerns The Award Of A Concession In The Form Of A Public Service Delegation Agreement Relating To The Management Of The Public Slaughtering Service By Entrusting The Promotion, Operation, Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Saint Romain De Popey Slaughterhouse. This Includes Management Of The Cutting Workshop And The Processing Workshop On The Same Site. The Slaughterhouse Is Currently Sized For An Activity Of 3000 T Annually. Modernization And Expansion Work Is In The Study Phase In Order To Increase The Capacity To 4,500 Tonnes. A 3Rd Processing Activity Will Be Annexed To The Cutting Workshop.
