Tenders are invited for the Operation of a Restaurant at the Terminal Car Park Area at the Bandaranaike International Airport (Bia), Katunayake Non-refundable Fee: Rs. 10,000.00 Bids should be made only on Bidding forms of respective Tenders, issued by the Company and should accompany a Bid Bond to the value as specified in the respective Bidding Document, in Cash or in the form of a Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee issued by a commercial bank or licensed specialized Bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, valid for 150 days from the date of opening of Bids. A Pre Bid Briefing followed by a visit to the locations will be conducted on 24th April 2024 at 2.00 p.m. at the Commercial & Properties Division, 2nd Floor of the Passenger Terminal Building, Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake.
