The Building At Adolphsplatz 1, Built Between 1841 And 1906, Is Characterized By The Three Large Stock Exchange Halls And The Arcades Of The Parts Of The Building That Surround Them. The Gross Floor Area Is Almost 27,000 M². Special Framework Conditions Are Building In Existing Buildings And Monument Protection. For Further Investigations Into The Structural Planning Of The Building Structure, The Hamburg Chamber Of Commerce Is Planning An Overall 3D Recording Of The Building Construction With Subsequent Modeling Of The Building As A Cad 3D Model. The Surveying Services Are To Be Provided In 2024. The Following Service Profiles Or Services Should Be Offered For This: 1. 3D Recording Of The Building? Complete Capture Of All Parts Of The Building Using A Suitable And Powerful Laser Scanning Process. ? Preparation Of The Scan Results And Presentation Of The Results For Visualization In A Suitable Viewer For Independent Use By The Client. 2. Modeling The Building From The 3D Capture - Evaluating The Scan Results And Creating A 3D Cad Model For Further Use By The Planning Team Of Architects And Engineers. The Cad Specifications And Details Are Listed In The Bidding Form Or In The Appendices. 3. Height Measurements? Measuring Existing Elevation Points And Entering Them Into The 3D Cad Model. The Elevation Points Are In The Basement And Ground Floor. There Are Currently 16 Elevation Points As Fixed Elevation Markers. ? Extension Of The Fixed Height Points (Egg Measurement Only, Installation Is Carried Out On Site), Entered Into The 3D Cad Model. 4. Hourly Wages (Listed In The Bidding Form And In The Fee Form) The Plan Is To Agree A Framework Contract Agreement For Surveying Work With A Publicly Appointed Surveying Office For A Period Of 5 Years For The Services Described.
