Flat-Rate Services: • Electrical Activities • Janitorial Activities (Activities Of The Nature Of Plumbing, Locksmithing, Carpentry, Painting/Painting And Others) • Operation And Regular Maintenance Of The Exchange Station And Gas Boilers. Flat-Rate Janitorial Activities At The Clients Request • Provision Of Special Activities Based On The Clients Current Needs And The Suppliers Price Offer (E.G. Masonry Work, Blacksmith Work, Carpentry Work, Etc.) Consumables Will Be Charged And Reimbursed According To Current Consumption According To Current Prices. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Annexes To The Procurement Documentation. The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance Of The Public Contract Will Take Place On 29 April 2024 At 10:00 A.M. The Meeting Of The Participants Of The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance Is At The Reception Of The Principals Headquarters (Address: Na Poříčním Právu 1, 128 00 Prague 2). The Inspection Of The Place Of Fulfillment Serves To Familiarize Suppliers With The Current Place Of Future Fulfillment And With Its Technical And Operational Parameters. During The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance, The Contracting Authority Will Not Answer The Questions Of The Representatives Of The Suppliers. If, From The Inspection Of The Place Of Future Performance, Ambiguities Arise On The Part Of The Supplier Relating To The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Or The Content Of The Procurement Documentation, The Supplier Is Not Entitled To Ask Questions During The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance, Following Up On The Doubts That Arose In This Way. However, The Supplier Is Entitled To Raise A Question In The Form Of A Request For An Explanation Of The Procurement Documentation.
