The Subject Of This Contract Is The Construction Of A New Building Located On The Mediapark Site, In Reyers, In The Municipality Of Schaerbeek, In Order To House The Communication And Audiovisual Media Department Of Our Haute Ecole. Mediapark.Brussels Is A New District Which Began Its Development With The Construction Of The Bam Building And The Ongoing Construction Of The New Rtbf And Vrt Buildings. Around An 8Ha Park, A New Mixed Neighborhood Will Be Created, Giving Pride Of Place To Housing On The One Hand And The Media On The Other. In This Regard, The Construction Of The Ilya Prigogine Non-Profit Organization Will Be Exemplary Because It Will Be One Of The First Buildings To Emerge From The Ground, And Even More So The First School On The Site Which Should Have Several. The School Will Occupy An Atypical Plot Of Land In The Mediapark.Brussels Project, In Particular Because It Will Be Adjacent To The Logistics Of The Rtbf Building. It Will Be Built To The East Against The Existing Residential Buildings At The Access Road To The Site Located On Rue Colonel Bourg And To The West Against The Logistics Complex Of The New Rtbf. To The South, The Building Adjoins The Gardens Of The Residences Located On Rue Colonel Bourg. The Most Important Aspect Of This Rear Facade Is Compliance With An Imposed Template Of 45°. The North Of The Building Overlooks The Future Public Park Mediapark Brussels In Which There Is A Protected Cemetery, The Enclos Des Fusillés. The Construction Covers The Entire Surface Of The Land. This Has A Natural Difference In Altitude From East To West. The Ground Floor, Partially Offering A Free Height Of 6M, Follows This Slope. From The Main Entrance, You Descend Slightly Through The Student Hall Towards The Large Auditorium. Particular Attention Was Paid To Making This Slope Fully Accessible. The Building Is Made Up Of 7 Levels, 2 Of Which Are Dedicated To Double-Height Studios Which, For Practical Purposes, Are Located Below Ground Level. We Aim To Build An Efficient, Functional But Pleasant School For Students And Teachers. Finally, The School Wants To Be Open To The City And Its Neighborhood, To Become An Important Player In Mediapark.Brussels.
