The Proposed Pumping Station Must Be Complete With Hinged Fiberglass Housing And Structural Steel Base Suitable For Installation On Top Of A 4¿- 0¿ Inside Diameter Wet Well Opening. The Principal Items Of Equipment Should Include Two Vertical, Close-Coupled, Vacuum-Primed, 4¿, Non-Clog Pumps, Each Capable Of Delivering 100 Gpm At 90¿ Tdh With A Required Static Suction Lift Of 9.5¿, And Each Driven By 10 Hp, 1800 Rpm, 3 Phase, 60 Cycle, 230-Volt Motor; Valves, 4¿ Internal Piping; Central Control Panel With Circuit Breakers; Motor Starters And Automatic Pumping Level Controls; Heater; Priming Pumps; Ventilator, And All Internal Wiring. The Station Would Need To Be Provided With 4¿ Flanged Suction Connections And 4¿ Plain-End Discharge Connection With Compression Coupling. Also Included In The Total Bid Price Should Be The Entire Cost Of Installation Including Any Field Labor, Wiring, Piping, And Testing.
