Subject Of Delivery Are Heating Fuel With Cpv Code: 09135100-5, 09134000-7, 09134200-9 And Cn Code: 27101943, 27101946, 27101947, 27101948, 27101962, 27101964, 2710196 8, As Well As Unleaded Gasoline A-95H, Fuel For Diesel Engines, Propane-Butane Gas For Cars, Fuel-Lubricants For Refueling Motor Vehicles From Gas Stations. Quantities: Heating Fuel – 126,000 Liters ± 20%; Unleaded Gasoline A-95H - 20,000 Liters; Fuel For Diesel Engines - 25,500 Liters; Propane-Butane Gas For Cars - 9000 Liters; Oils And Lubricants - 400 Liters. Quantities Are Approximate And Do Not Oblige The Buyer To Purchase It In Full. Quality: Complying With The Provisions Of The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Method Of Their Control. Loading Rate And Other Transport Conditions For The Heating Fuel: According To The Storage Capacity Of The Individual Objects And The Size Of The Requested Quantity; The Quantity Of Each Individual Delivery Should Be A Minimum Of 5,000 Litres. The Transport Is Carried Out By The Seller With Tanker Trucks For Delivery And Transport. The Payment Price Of Each Individual Batch Of Heating Fuel Is The Manufacturers Price In Bulgaria For Heating Fuel Effective On The Day Of Delivery, Increased By The Surcharge Agreed At The Sofia Stock Exchange-Ad Session. The Amount Of The Commercial Allowance Is Constant For The Entire Term Of The Contract. The Price Of Motor Vehicle Fuel Is Ex-Officio At The Sellers Gas Stations Under The Conditions Of Cashless Payment With Electronic Cards And Is Formed As The Price From The Readings Of The Sellers Column, Determined On The Price List On The Date Of Purchase, Reduced By The Discount Agreed At The Exchange Session. The Discount Is Final And Is Not Subject To Change During The Validity Of The Contract Concluded On The Sofia Stock Exchange-Ad. Term Of Payment Of The Price: Up To 30 (Thirty) Days From The Date Of The Invoice. The Seller Must Provide 24 Hours A Day Refueling.
