Description Of The Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To Securing The Island In The Borek Breeding Pond, In The Jasienica Commune As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Life16 Nat/Pl/000766 Protection Of Habitats Of Water And Marsh Birds In The Upper Vistula Valley (Life.Vistula.Pl );2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz;3) The Ordering Party Informs That At The Stage Of Reviewing The Feasibility Of Carrying Out The Works, Taking Into Account The Financial Resources Available For The Implementation Of The Task, The Ordering Party Reduced The Volume Of Works While Maintaining The Designed Methods Of Their Execution. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Works In The Amounts Indicated In Accordance With Annex 1A To The Swz - Bid Calculation; 4) The Ordering Party Informs That During The Period Of Performance Of The Works Specified In The Subject Of The Order, The Pond Will Be Filled With Water. It Is Not Possible To Drain The Water From The Pond. All Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed From The Water Surface Using Boats And Floating Platforms. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Life16 Nat/Pl/000766 Project Protection Of Habitats Of Water And Marsh Birds In The Upper Vistula Valley (Life.Vistula.Pl), Co-Financed By Funds From The European Commission Under The Life Financial Instrument, The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Throughout Its Duration, I.E.: Activities Necessary To Perform The Construction Part And Hydrotechnical (Subject To The Exceptions Provided For In The Draft Contractual Provisions, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz)
