The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Internal And Municipal Roads In The Korczew Commune Within The Existing Road. The Scope Of Works Includes The Entire Width Of The Road, Reconstruction Of The Road System And Drainage, As Well As Possible Collisions With Utilities. The Task Will Consist In The Reconstruction Of Internal And Municipal Roads In The Following Towns: - Czaple Górne; - Drażew; - Korczew; - Nowy Bartków; - Laskowice; Starczewice;- Tokary. The Investment Covers Approx. 8,014.53 M2. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Carrying Out The Task Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program - Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Employer Indicates That The Reconstruction Of Roads As Part Of The Planned Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Until September 30, 2025, Therefore The Task Has Been Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage I Until November 30, 2024 - Reconstruction Of Roads Constituting 50% Of The Total Investment Value;2 ) Stage Ii Until September 30, 2025 - Reconstruction Of The Remaining Roads Constituting 50% Of The Total Investment Value. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Performed In Individual Stages Will Be Completed With Partial Acceptance Reports For A Given Stage And Partial Invoices For The Works Performed In Individual Stages.2. The Required Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Is At Least 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Work Acceptance Protocol, And The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers.
