At this time, IR are looking for information from interested vendors on their current delivery services and service model, to gain further insight and knowledge of other practices in the market, including performance statistics associated with their current service model. IR are seeking to understand interested vendors ability to adapt to IRs model and practices, vendors capability, e.g. delivery model location & service construct; and get clarity on anything else the vendor needs to know about the IR model and expectations to set up a successful partnership.
