Engineering Design Services – Design Of Track Renewal Of Tram Line 14. Bkv Zrt. Design And Approval Of Track Renewal Of Tram Line 14, Within The Framework Of A Design Contract. Planning And Licensing Of Track Renovation On Bkv Zrt. 14 Road Railway (Electrical) Track Network (Section Between Lehel Tér V. – Káposztámegyer, Megyeri Út. V.) (Tb-37/24.) The Main Quantities Of The Track Section Affected By The Planned Renovation: 725 Vm , 22 Groups Of Detours, 1 Group Of Crossings Main Tasks: - The Task Of The Winning Tenderer Is To Assess The Design Phase, Prepare Licensing And Construction Plans, Certify The Licensing Plans, Get Them Authorized By The Authorities, And Carry Out The Necessary Consultations With Municipalities And Utilities. During The Preparation Of The Construction Plan Documentation, The Successful Tenderer Is Obliged To Prepare A Detailed Implementation Schedule And Organizational Plan For The Construction Work To Be Performed, As Well As To Prepare A Detailed Budget Statement And A Priced Budget In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 10 Of Government Decree 322/2015 (X.30.) . The Following Documents Must Be Handed Over To The Tenderer: Licensing Plan: 3 Paper Copies; And 2 Copies Must Be Submitted On A Pen Drive In Digital Pdf And Editable (Dwg, Xlsx, Docx, Etc.) Format. Independent Certification Documentation: 2 Copies On Paper And 2 Copies In Digital Format On A Pen Drive. Execution Plan: 3 Copies On Paper And 2 Copies In Digital Pdf And Editable (Dwg, Xlsx, Docx, Etc.) Format On Pen Drive. Details Are Included In The Unpriced Budget And Technical Description. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. The Tenderer Must State In His Offer, Duly Signed, That: • He Has The Necessary Tools And Specialists For The Performance; • The Agreed Warranty Period: ..... Months, (Cannot Be Less Than 24 Months); • In The Event Of A Breakdown During The Warranty Period, Undertakes To Compensate For The Damages Resulting From The Breakdown; • Commits To Start Fulfilling The Warranty Obligation In The Shortest Possible Time After Receiving The Notification, But No Later Than Within 3 Working Days, In The Event Of Any Performance-Related Objection Arising Within The Framework Of The Warranty Obligation, And To Fix The Defect In Writing, Which Has Been Undertaken And Accepted By The Customer Corrects It Within The Deadline; • The Deadline For Completion Undertaken By Him - In The Case Of Work Subject To A Permit, No More Than 9 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order, (Of Which Preparation Of The Permit Plan, Including The Completion Of Repairs According To The Design Jury, 4 Months; Approval: 3 Months; Preparation Of Construction Plans, Including The Completion Of Repairs According To The Design Jury, 2 Months); - In The Case Of Works Not Subject To A Permit, The Preparation Of The Construction Plan, Together With The Completion Of Repairs According To The Design Jury, No More Than 4 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order; - In The Case Of Optional Items, The Deadline For Completion Is Receipt Of The Order Issued After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract
