The Subject Of The Procurement: The Provision Of Full-Scale Monitoring Tasks Of The Heves County Regional Waste Management Association Keop2,3,0/2F/092010-0028 As Follows: The Provision Of Monitoring And Aftercare Tasks For 31 Reclaimed Landfills In The Area Of Heves-Nógrád-Borsod County (Heves County 23 Locations, Borsod County 4 Locations, Nógrád County 4 Locations) The Monitoring Tasks (System) Involve The Following Activities: ➢ -Meteorological Data Collection; ➢ Carrying Out Accredited Quality Tests Of Rainwater, Leachate, Surface And Underground Water; ➢ - Carrying Out Landfill Gas Quality Tests; ➢ -Examination Of Waste Level Subsidence; ➢ - Inspection And Maintenance Of Drainage And Treatment Systems; ➢ -Continuous Inspection Of Earthworks; ➢ -In Case Of Operation Of Gas Wells, Their Inspection, Flaring Of Any Gas That May Be Generated; ➢ Preparation Of A Summary Report On The Inspections, Observations And Test Results Carried Out During After-Care As Required By Decree 20/2006(Iv.5) Kvvm And Submitting It To The Regionally Competent Environmental Protection Authority At The Time Prescribed By Law, As Well As The Fulfillment Of The Official Data Services Required In The Permits ➢ -Extraordinary Events Immediate Notification To The Territorially Competent Local Government, The Association And The Territorially Competent Environmental Protection Authority - Favi Reporting 18/2007 On The Data Provision Of The Environmental Protection Registration System Of The Underground Water And Geological Environment (Favi).
