Hydrogen – Purchase Of Hydrogen Fuel. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Hydrogen Fuel According To The Following Principles: A) Refueling At The Station Indicated By The Contractor, Located In Rybnik, B) If It Is Impossible To Carry Out Deliveries In The Manner Specified In Point A) The Contractor Guarantees An Alternative Supply Of Hydrogen Fuel, Enabling Daily Refueling Of Up To 20 Buses Using A Mobile Hydrogen Fuel Refueling Station Located In The City Of Rybnik, C) Supplies Of Hydrogen Fuel Specified In Point A) And B) Will Be Carried Out At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, Who Undertakes To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies, D) The Ordering Party Will Refuel Hydrogen Fuel According To Its Needs, E) Hydrogen Is To Be Obtained In The Electrolysis Process, Which Is Powered By Electricity From Renewable Sources Or Biomass Blocks, For Which The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Certificates Or Should Meet At Least The Definition Of Low-Emission Hydrogen Within The Meaning Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments And Amending The Regulation ( Eu) 2019/2088. The Obligation To Demonstrate The Low Emission Of Hydrogen Will Rest With The Contractor, F) The Refueling Process Will Be Carried Out By The Employers Staff Trained For This Purpose By The Contractor, Including Bus Drivers; If The Ordering Party Employs New Employees, The Contractor Will Always Conduct Appropriate Training At Its Own Expense, G) The Hydrogen Refueling Station Should Be Available 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, And The Amount Of Hydrogen That Can Be Refueled Should Not Be Less Than 600 Kg/ 36 Hours; The Ordering Party Allows For Lack Of Availability For A Maximum Of 2 Hours In A 24-Hour Period, Of Which The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party A Maximum Of 8 Hours Before This Fact; The Situation Does Not Apply To Random Events, About Which The Ordering Party Should Be Immediately Informed In The Manner Agreed At The Stage Of Signing The Contract.
