Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Services Of Telecommunications Equipment – Mixed Contract For “Maintenance Services, Operation Support And Evolution For The Comdes Network And The Multi-Service Transport Network Of The Generalitat Valenciana”
Maintenance Services Of Telecommunications Equipment – Mixed Contract For “Maintenance Services, Operation Support And Evolution For The Comdes Network And The Multi-Service Transport Network Of The Generalitat Valenciana”. The Purpose Of This Document Is To Define The Technical Criteria That Must Serve As The Basis For The Award Of The Contract For Maintenance, Operation Support And Evolution Services For The Comdes Network And The Multi-Service Transport Network (Rtm) Of The Valencian Generalitat. This Contract Is Subdivided Into Two Items: - Item 1 - Multiservice Transport Network Of The Generalitat Valenciana (Hereinafter Re Rtm), Composed Of Radio Links And Ip Equipment (Routers/Switch) - Item 2 - Digital Mobile Emergency Communications Network And Security Of The Generalitat Valenciana (Hereinafter Comdes) The Successful Bidder Must Be Responsible For All The Items Described. The Subdivision Into Items Is Only To Have Adequate Structuring And Better Monitoring. Regarding The Provision Of Services, The Scope Of This Contract Is Specified, For Each Item, In The Provision Of The Following Services, Classified Into The Following Types According To Their Nature: A. Preventive Maintenance. B. Corrective Maintenance. C. Operation Support Services. Regarding The Supply Of Hardware And Software Equipment, The Scope Of This Contract Includes: A. Technological Renewal Of The Network, Including All Necessary Changes In The Architecture And Equipment Of The Network To Incorporate The New Functionalities Available Through Technology; B. Expansion Of The Equipment Of Items 1 And 2, In All The Subsystems That Compose Them, To Increase Their Coverage And Capacity And Thus Improve The Quality Of Service Offered To Users.
