Preamble: A Range Of Air And Argon Injection And Extraction Is Installed And In Service On 1 Of The 22 Laser Chains (Cl) Of The Laser Mégajoule (Lmj). This Range Allows The Choice Of Gas To Be Injected Or Extracted, The Implementation Of Sequences, Regulations And Monitoring Of The System. It Includes Around Ten Actuators (Motorized Valves), Around A Dozen Sensors, And All The Equipment Necessary For The Process (Regulators, Manual Valves, Filter, Etc.). The Contract Subject To This Procedure Consists Of Firm Services And An Optional Service: 1. Firm Services (Duration Of 15 Months): - Critical Analysis Of The Definition Of This Range, - Proposal Of An Optimized Definition On The Basis Of The Existing One And Consolidated Requirements, - The Design And Creation Of The Associated Control-Command, Duplicable For The 21 Future Sets (The Existing Control-Command Is Not Retained), And Allowing A Higher Level Control-Command For The Overall Management Of The 22 Cl, - Implementation, Qualification And Commissioning Of The New Definition, By Simulation, In The Factory And On Cea Site. 2. Optional Service (Duration Of 6 Months): - Assistance In Drafting The Specifications Relating To The Future Market For Manufacturing, Deployment And Testing Of The 21 Series Sets, On The Basis Of The First Qualified Series. The New Definition Qualified Within The Framework Of This Contract Constitutes The First Qualified Argon Series. It Will Then Be Deployed In Series On The 21 Other Lmj Cls Via Another Market. Important Point To Note: It Will Be Requested, In This Contract, To Establish An Objective Cost Per Set For The Manufacture In Very Small Series Of 21 Sets (Manufacturing Independent Of This Market), The Operating And Co-Activity Constraints Of The Lmj Impose A Strict Compliance With General Intervention Clauses. The Lmj Constitutes A Constrained Environment, Particularly In Terms Of Cleanliness And Safety. The Contract Holder And Its Subcontractors Will Be Asked To Follow Several Training Courses, Necessary For Any Intervention On The Site: Cleanliness Training, Informed Person Awareness Of Laser Safety (Pisl), Awareness Of The Radiological Risk Of Lmj (Although Radiological Classification Is Not Necessary), Safety Training. The Operation Of The Lmj Is Currently Based On Activity In 2*8 Shifts Over The Time Slot 6 A.M. – 9 P.M. On Working Days (Monday To Friday). The Holder Will Be Asked To Adapt To The Organization In Force At The Time Of Execution Of The Service, Or Even To Intervene At Odd Times (Nights, Saturday, Sunday). The Duration Of The Contract Is 21 Months, Including 6 Optional Months.
