The Total Volume Of Solid Household Waste (Msw) Is 800 M3. - Total Number Of Containers – 5 (Five); - The Volume Of One Container Is No More Than 1.1 M3; - Containers Should Be Washed Once A Month; - The Removal Of Solid Waste Must Be Carried Out On The Contractors Specialized Vehicles To Specially Designated Places For The Placement And Utilization Of Waste; - Solid Waste Removal Is Carried Out At The Customers Request; - If There Is A Need For Additional Msw Removal, The Contractor Must Carry It Out At The First Request Of The Customer, Without Any Additional Costs On The Part Of The Customer; - The Contractor Provides The Customer With A Certified List Of Vehicles For Entry/Exit To The Customers Territory On Which Msw Will Be Transported. - Payment Is Made Monthly On The Fact, According To The Journal Of Fixation Of Solid Waste Removal. - The Removal Of Solid Waste Must Be Fixed In Writing With The Schedule For The Removal Of Solid Waste With The Subsequent Signature Of The Representatives Of The Customer And The Supplier With An Attachment Of A Photo With A Fixed Date. A Solid Waste Removal Schedule Is Drawn Up On A Form Letter In Printed Form With The Indication, Organization, Full Name Of The Representative Of The Customer And Supplier, Time And Date Of Solid Waste Removal With The Subsequent Signature Of Both Parties, The Form Letter Is Drawn Up In Two Copies And Must Be In The Hands Of The Representative Of The Customer And Supplier. The Supplier Must Provide A Report On The Provision Of Services By The Last Day Of The Month (Each Month), Which Includes: 1. A Photo With A Fixed Date (For Each Service Provided). 2. Deciphering The Amount.
