The Contractor Is To Seek Advice From The Department Of Primary Industries (Dpi) To Confirm If A Fisheries Permit Is Necessary And Obtain The Same If Required.The Contractor Is To Prepare A Review Of Environmental Factors (Ref) For The Works In Accordance With Part 5 Of The Nsw Environmental Planning And Assessment Act 1979.The Contractor Will Prepare An Environmental Management Plan; Which Will Inform The Ref. This Plan Will Contain A Reference To Best Practice Industry Sediment And Environment Controls Relating To The Works. The Environmental Management Plan Will Need To Be Sent To The Principal With The Project Documentation. Sediment Controls Will Be Required To Be Installed For All Works And Removed Upon Completion.The Contractor Will Prepare A Safety Management Plan. This Plan Will Contain References To The Contractor’S Risk Management Practices And Safe Work Method Statements (Swms).
