area Review Of Health-Related Benefits In The National Insurance . : __________An Area Review Is To Be Carried Out Of The Health-Related Benefits In The National Insurance: Sickness Benefit, Employment Verification Benefit (Aap) And Disability Benefit. The Purpose Of The Area Review Is Twofold. One Is To Clarify The Drivers Behind The Use Of Health-Related Benefits, And Look Broadly At The Reasons Why People Receive Health-Related Benefits. The Second Is To Propose Measures That Can Help Reduce Access To And Increase The Transition From Health-Related Benefits To Work. The Aim Is To Increase Employment By Having More People Fully Or Partially Employed. Over Time, The Measures Should Contribute To Reducing The Growth In Expenditure In The National Insurance Scheme. The Area Review Will Look At The Development Of The Health-Related Benefits In The Period 2010 Until Today. The Assignment Is Divided Into Two Phases. The First Phase Will Survey Knowledge. The Second Phase Will Present Proposals For Measures Based On Discussions And Assessments Based On Knowledge Obtained In Phase 1. The Assignment Starts With The Conclusion Of The Agreement (Estimated To June 2024) And Ends With The Delivery Of The Final Report (Estimated To June 2025). The Assignment Has Two Deliverables. Report From Phase One (Estimated To December 2024) And Final Report From Phase 2 (Estimated To June 2025). Estimated Value For The Main Performance In The Acquisition Is Nok 8 Million Excl. Vat. In Addition, The Client Wants An Option For Additional Purchases Beyond The Specified Time Frame, If Areas Or Themes Are Revealed In The Assignment That Should Be Investigated Further.
