The base bid of the project includes varied repairs to nine (9) outfall locations within the City. An additional tenth (10th) location is also included as an Add-Alternate and this location will be added to the project at the City?s discretion and as funding allows. The scope of services at each location varies based on site conditions, but generally, the scope of services may include, but is not limited to soil excavation, installation of headwalls, outfall pipe removal, new outfall pipe
