Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Construction Of A Profiling Layer From A Mineral And Bituminous Mixture - Dia. Gr. 4 Cm 2) Laying Asphalt Concrete Surface With A Total Thickness Of 8 Cm (4 Cm Binding Layer + 4 Cm Wearing Layer)3) Construction Of Roadsides Along The Length Of The Road Being Renovated, Including Surface Consolidation With Emulsion And Grit 4) Regulation Of Exits2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Stwior, Map Drawings.3. The Settlement Of The Works Will Take Place After The Completion Of The Task On The Basis Of An As-Built Cost Estimate Based On The Actual Execution Of The Number Of Works Approved By The Ordering Party (Investors Supervision Inspector) And On The Basis Of Unit Prices Resulting From The Offer Cost Estimate. 4. The Principles Of Execution And Settlement Of Works Are Detailed In Annex No. 8 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Of 60 Months And A Maximum Of 72 Months.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers: 1) The Proper Names Used In This Swz, Including In The Detailed Technical Specification (Sst) For The Execution And Acceptance Of Road Works, Trademarks, Manufacturers Company, Patents Or Indications Of Origin Are Examples And Are Accompanied By The Following Wording: Or Equivalent/ Are Intended Only To Determine The Standards And Quality, Utility And Functional Parameters Of Materials, Devices Or Other Solutions In Situations Where The Ordering Party Cannot Describe Them Using Precise Terms. 2) Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials And Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution.
