Tenders Are Invited For Conservation And Restoration Works On 5 Sandstone Sculptures With Plinths Located On The Premises Of The Royal Łazienki Museum, Including The Development Of Conservation Documentation
1. The Subject Of The Order Is Conservation And Restoration Work On Three Sandstone Sculptures With Plinths Located In The Vicinity Of The Palace On The Isle And Two Sandstone Sculptures With Plinths Located In The Orangery Garden In Front Of The Old Orangery On The Premises Of The Royal Łazienki Museum In Warsaw, Together With The Development Of Conservation Documentation .2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Conservation And Restoration Works On Sandstone Sculptures: 1) Eastern Gladiator With A Pedestal Located On The Northern Terrace Of The Palace On The Isle; 2) Sculptural Group: Hermaphroda With The Nymph Salmakis With A Pedestal Located On The Southern Terrace Of The Palace On The Isle; 3) Sculpture Group: Pan And Syrinks With A Pedestal Located On The Southern Terrace Of The Palace On The Isle; 4) Bacchus With A Pedestal Located In The Orangery Garden In Front Of The Old Orangery (Currently The Sculpture Moved To The Conservation Workshop); 5) Venus With A Pedestal Located Located In The Orangery Garden In Front Of The Old Orangery (Currently The Sculpture Has Been Moved To The Conservation Studio).3. The Facilities Are Located In The Royal Łazienki Park In Warsaw, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By Decision No. 2/1 Of July 1, 1965, And Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Take All Necessary Actions To Ensure The Protection Of The Historic Substance Against Damage Or Destruction. 4. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conservation Work Programs Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.5. Work On The Sculptures: Gladiator, Hermaphroda With The Nymph Salmakis, Pan And Syrinks, Should Be Carried Out In Situ Without Dismantling The Objects. The Contractor Must Ensure The Safe And Aesthetic Protection Of The Scaffolding And Adapt The Work Schedule To The Events Taking Place In The Historic Buildings. Scaffolding Must Be Set Up In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
