L1/2), - Reconstruction Of Existing Individual And Public Exits, - Construction Of Retaining Walls, - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With The Construction Of Outlets, - Liquidation Of Roadside Ditches And Existing Culverts, - Construction Of A Street Lighting Network, - Reconstruction Of The Overhead Power Grid And Lv Cable, - Reconstruction Of The Overhead Telecommunications Network, - Protection Of Technical Infrastructure (Protective Pipes), - Demolition Of Fences, - Demolition Of Existing Buildings, - Cutting Down Colliding Trees. 3.4 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex C To The Swz, Which Includes: 1) Construction Design (Pzt,Pab) - C12) Detailed Design Of The Road Industry -C23) Detailed Design Of Lighting -C34) Detailed Design Of Storm Sewage Systems -C45) Executive Design For Reconstruction Of The Lv Network -C56) Executive Design For The Telecommunications Industry -C67) Technical Design -C78) Design For Permanent Traffic Organization -C89) Design For The Demolition Of Buildings -C 910) Bill Of Quantities - C1011) Dendrology -C11 12) Stwior -C12 13) Annexes - C1314) Zrid Decision - C1415) Geotechnical Opinion - C15 3.5 The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Investment In Accordance With The Design Documentation Described In Section 3 Of This Contract, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Generally Applicable Provisions Of Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: The Act Construction Law, Construction Products Act, Waste Act, Electromobility And Liquid Fuels Act, Road Traffic Act, Goods And Services Tax Act, Public Procurement Act, Occupational Health And Safety Act And The Labor Code. 3.6 During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: Provide A Person In Charge Of The Construction And Construction Works With Appropriate Professional Qualifications, Provide Comprehensive Surveying Services For The Duration Of The Task, Secure Works In Public Road Lanes Along With The Implementation And Approval Of The Necessary Designs For Temporary Traffic Organization With Ensuring Permanent Access To The Surrounding Properties With Possible Temporary Restrictions, And The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.3.7 The Task Is Co-Financed From The Government Fund Of Polish Governance Strategic Investment Program.3.8 The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Appropriate Logos On Documents Related To The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7 2021 (Journal Of Laws, Items 953 And 2506) And The Regulation Of July 7, 2023 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1471) On Specific Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Carrying Out Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or From State Earmarked Funds. 3.9 The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Install The Information Board In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 (Journal Of Laws, Items 953 And 2506) And The Regulation Of July 7, 2023 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1471) Regarding Specific Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds. 3.10 The Contractor Will Provide A Material And Financial Schedule Within 14 Days Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Will Include In The Material And Financial Schedule The Final Amount Of Funding Specified In The Promise. 3.11 Payment Of The Remuneration From The Ordering Partys Own Contribution Will Take Place Before The Funding Is Paid. 3.12 The Contractor Ensures Financing Of The Investment In The Part Not Covered By The Employers Own Share For The Period Preceding The Payment Of The Promise In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In §9 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 84/2021 Of July 1, 2021, I.E. The Payment Of The Promise Will Be Made In Two Tranches. The First One, After The Completion Of A Separate Stage Of Works As Part Of The Investment, Will Be Co-Financed Up To 50% (I.E. Maximum Amount Of Pln 1,857,200.00 In 2024). The Second Tranche In The Amount Of The Remaining Funding Amount After The Completion Of The Task (I.E. Max. Pln 1,857,200.00 In 2025). The Value Of The Funding May Decrease If The Value Of The Investment Decreases, In Which Case The Value Of The Amounts Will Decrease Proportionally. 3.13 The Order Will Be Settled In Accordance With The Contract Template - Annex B To Swz3.14 The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. 3.15 The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order. 3.16 The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Gdów Commune, Wieliczka County.
