Part No. 1 Audit No. 87 - Zapowiedzza 89 Thermal Modernization Of The Building - The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Works Will Be As Follows: 1.1 Replacement Of External Windows And Windows With Balcony Doors With New Ones (Windows And Doors) Pvc With A Heat Transfer Coefficient U=0.900 W/M2·K O Total Area Of Approximately 17.63 M2 (4+1 Pcs.). The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Includes Removing Window Jambs From The Inside Or Outside, Dismantling Wooden Casement Windows, Dismantling Windows And Pvc Balcony Doors On The High Ground Floor, Dismantling The Existing Internal Metal Window Sills, External Window Sills Made Of Galvanized Steel Sheet, And Applying New Category Iii Plasters ( Any Technique) Of Window Reveals And Their Single Painting, Installation Of 4 New External Window Sills, Approximately 28 - 30 Cm Wide, Made Of Coated Steel Sheet, With A Total Length Of Approximately 8.70 M, And Installation Of 4 Internal Pvc Window Sills, Approximately 9.00 M Long. 1.2 Modernization Of The Boiler Room - Includes Adaptation Of The Boiler Room (Dimensions Of The Existing Boiler Room - 3.44 X 4.60 M, Height Of The Boiler Room Is 2.19 M) To Legal And Technical Requirements (Minimum Room Volume, Height, Air Supply, Ventilation, Fire Protection Conditions, Etc.) ). The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of An Energy Label In Accordance With The Erp Directive. For The Set: Boiler, Domestic Hot Water Tank, Along With The Necessary Automation To Optimize The Operation Of These Devices And To Train The User In The Operation Of The Boiler And The Heating System. The Scope Of Modernization Also Includes Sealing The Chimney With An Acid-Resistant Steel Pipe. The Ordering Party Does Not Have An Inventory Of The Existing Chimney To Which The Existing Solid Fuel Boiler Is Connected, So If During The Renovation Of The Boiler Room, After Dismantling The Old Boiler, As A Result Of An Inspection By A Chimney Sweeper Or Construction Manager, It Is Found That The Existing Chimney Flue Does Not Have The Appropriate Cross-Section For Used Gas Boiler Required By The Manufacturer And Applicable Regulations, The Contractor Should Drill The Chimney Pipe To The Appropriate Diameter Recommended By The Boiler Manufacturer And Seal It With A Stainless Steel Pipe Approximately 12.0 M Long. Also, If It Is Found (In The Form Of A Report Signed By A Chimney Sweeper Or Construction Manager And Approved By The Supervision Inspector) That The Existing Ventilation Chimney Duct Is Leaking, It Is Necessary To Seal The Chimney Duct Or Additionally Ventilate The Boiler Room. Additionally, An Exhaust Ventilation Grid With Minimum Dimensions Of 140X250 Mm Should Be Installed In The Boiler Room, And Air Supply To The Boiler Room Should Be Provided With A Cross-Section Of At Least 250 Cm2. The Contractors Responsibilities Will Also Include Performing All Tightness Tests Of The Constructed Or Modernized Internal Installations, And, If Necessary, Also Performing The Necessary Electrical Installation With A Power Socket For The Installed Gasification Boiler, Preparing Appropriate Acceptance Reports For The Installed Devices, And A Chimney Sweep Report Allowing The Boiler Room And Chimney Flues. For Use.1.3 Installation Of A Single-Function Gas Condensing Boiler - The Scope Of Work Includes Dismantling The Old Solid Fuel Boiler (Unnamed Boiler), Installation Of A New Weather-Controlled Condensing Gas Boiler With A Minimum Power Of 20.0 Kw And Energy Class A. The Boiler Operating Parameters Should Be Assumed To Be 70/55°C And The Settings Should Be Adjusted To The Thermal Power Indicated Above (The Maximum Boiler Power Indicated By The Manufacturer May Be Higher If The Settings Are Adjusted To The Parameters Resulting From The Attached Energy Audit). Additionally, A Wireless Automation System Should Be Used To Control The Room Temperature. It Is Also Necessary To Use An Appropriate System (Installation Of A Stainless Steel Chimney Liner With A Height Of Approximately 12.00 M), A 60/100 Or 80/125 Chimney System, Depending On The Technical Requirements Of The Boiler Manufacturer, The Installation Site And The Height Of The Chimney Duct To Which The Gas Boiler Will Be Connected, And Also Ventilation Of The Boiler Room. 1.4 Replacement Of Radiators, Installation Of Thermostatic Valves - The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Dismantling Of Old Cast Iron Radiators And The Installation Of New 11 Pieces Of Aluminum Or Steel Central Heating Radiators. Including The Installation Of 12 Pcs. (11+1) Thermostatic Valves.1.5 Installation Of The Domestic Hot Water Tank - A Domestic Hot Water Tank Should Be Installed. With A Capacity Of Min. 300 Dm3 With An Energy Class Not Worse Than B. The Boiler Should Be Connected To A New Domestic Hot Water Tank. And To The Existing Domestic Hot Water Installation, After Which The Installation Should Be Filled With Water.
