Fire Resistance Class - D. Technical Parameters Of The Building: Volume - 759.71 M2; Building Area – 134.00 M2; Usable Area – 138.66 M2; Height To The Ridge – 7.41 M; Façade Length – 12.30 M; Façade Width – 11.15 M; Structural Elements Of The Building: Foundation Footings, Footings And Walls - Poured Reinforced Concrete Footings And Footings, Foundation Walls Made Of Concrete Blocks With Cement And Lime Mortar; External Walls - Made Of 25 Cm Thick Ceramic Blocks, Insulated With 20 Cm Thick Graphite Polystyrene, Finished With Silicone Plaster With Decorative Stone Elements. D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Under The Name: Construction Of A Watchtower For The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Janikowo.6). The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months.
