Catching, Transporting And Providing Care For Stray Animals Includes: - Trapping Animals Using Equipment Adapted For This Purpose, Enabling The Safe And Humane Performance Of This Activity, With The Least Burdensome For Animals, In Accordance With Applicable Animal Protection Regulations, - Transporting Animals In A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Animals In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Their Life And Health And Does Not Cause Them Suffering, Providing, If Necessary, Veterinary And Diagnostic Care During The Trapping And Transport Of Animals, Catching A Dog That Has Bitten A Human And Delivering It To A Veterinarian For Submitting To Observation, - Transporting Homeless Animals To An Animal Shelter, - The Place Of Service May Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 30 Km (Distance Expressed In Full Kilometers Measured On A Paved Public Road) From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, - Returning To The Owners Of Animals Placed In The Shelter In The Result Of Their Capture, After They Have Documented Their Rights To The Animal, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Admission To The Shelter Or Possible Place Of Detention; Providing Homeless Animals With Care In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Providing The Animals With: Rooms Or Boxes That Protect Them Against Cold, Heat And Precipitation, With Access To Daylight, Enabling The Animals To Move Freely, As Well As Appropriate Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water, In The Event Of Catching A Female Dog With A Blind Litter, Ensure That The Blind Litter Is Transferred To An Authorized Veterinarian, Where It Will Be Euthanized, Providing Veterinary Services Such As: Vaccinations, Deworming, Ticks, Castration And Sterilization, Searching For Guardians For The Animals And Handing Them Over For Adoption To Persons Interested In Owning Them And Able To Provide Them With Proper Living Conditions, - When An Animal Is Caught, The Commune Must Take Over All Responsibilities Related To Keeping Homeless Animals And Providing Them With Care, And In This Respect The Ordering Party Cannot Make Any Claims Apart From The Remuneration Resulting From Under The Contract, Catch Stray Animals Based On The Ordering Partys Notification By Telephone Or E-Mail Within No More Than 6 Hours From The Time Of Notification, Regardless Of The Time Of Notification, In Justified Cases, I.E.
