A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Which Is Also The Price Form, And The Provisions Of Chapter Xix Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors Offer To Indicate The Manufacturer/Model/Type Or Other Data Clearly Identifying The Offered Product Range. If The Offer Does Not Include Data Clearly Identifying The Offered Product Range, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act. The Name Manufacturer Should Be Understood As The Name Of The Company Under Which The Offered Assortment Is Sold Or Of The Entrepreneur Placing The Goods On The Market In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.4. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 12-Month Warranty And A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Products, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Parties Without Any Comments.
