The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Part No. 1 Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Data Regarding The Offered Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Name Of The Offered Model, Manufacturer, Type Or Model. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Lack Of Information In The Offer To Clearly Identify The Offered Product As Non-Compliance With The Content Of The Swz And Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed - If Necessary) The Subject Of The Order To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In Point. 7.5. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A Twelve [12] Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order.6. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 5 Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In His Offer A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract, But No Longer Than Twenty-Four [24] Months; Pts. 19.2.2. Swz Applies.7. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is Twenty-One [21] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.8. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 7 Is The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order. In Its Offer, The Contractor May Include A Shorter Lead Time For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, But Not Shorter Than Fourteen [14] Calendar Days; Pts. 19.2.3. Swz Applies.
