Work Detail

Purchase With Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Other Equipment. 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered Directly To The Places And Brought To The Indicated Room Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party In Quantities And Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order With His Own Means Of Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk, And Will Assemble The Subject Of The Order (According To The Ordering Partys Requirements). The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Occurring During Transport; 3) The Delivered Assortment Should Meet All The Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz, In The Full Scope; All Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order, Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Should Be Treated As Minimum; 4) The Offered Product Must Have All Legally Required Approvals, Tests, And Ce Certificates For Which It Is Required. The Assortment Must Be Brand New Without Traces Of Use, It Cannot Be Post-Lease Or Exhibition Items. 5) All Furniture Components Must Be Made Of Antiallergic, Antitoxic, Bacteriostatic, Damage- And Abrasion-Resistant Materials. 6) In The Scope Of Part I Of The Order - Furniture Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of July 10, 2014 (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 72) On The Premises And Sanitary Requirements That The Premises Must Meet. , Where A Nursery Or Childrens Club Is To Be Run And Resulting From § 2 Point 16, I.E. Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. Stainless Steel Furniture Should Have A Health Quality Certificate Or An Equivalent Document Confirming That The Products With The Offered Composition, When Used As Intended, Do Not Pose A Threat To Human Health. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Certificates/Attestations/Test Results/Certificates No Later Than On The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. Note: Certificates/Attestations/Test Results/Certificates Must Concern A Specific Product (I.E. Furniture, Furniture Set) And Not The Element From Which It Is Made, E.G. A Board. 7) Furniture Should Be Properly Arranged And Adjusted To The Height Of Preschoolers. They Cannot Pose Even A Potential Mechanical And Chemical Hazard, I.E. They Cannot Have Sharp Points Or Edges That Could Cause Abrasions And Cuts; Protrusions And Incorrectly Designed Furniture Elements, E.G. Frames, Which May Cause Fall Injuries Due To Clothes Being Caught Or A Child Tripping; Chemical Hazards That May Arise As A Result Of Using Materials Containing Toxic Substances In Paints, Varnishes Or Plastics For The Production Of Furniture. 8) At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Delivered Furniture And Equipment, And In The Event Of Non-Compliance With Those Presented In The Offer, To Suspend The Entire Delivery And Order Immediate Replacement At The Contractors Expense And Responsibility. 9) All Proposed Solutions Must Be Systemic And Mass-Produced. The Term System Means Furniture And Equipment Produced Repeatedly, Which Can Be Combined In Various Configurations And Allow For Future Expansion, 10) All Furniture Should Be Made In Such A Way And From Such Materials As To Ensure Long-Term Durability Without Deterioration Of Their Appearance And Aesthetics. The Warranty Should Cover Both The Entire Piece Of Furniture And Each Of Its Elements, Including: Durability Of Veneer, Upholstery In Armchairs, Seats, Varnish, Plastic Elements, Etc. 11) The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Available Colors Than Those Required In The Swz, Provided That Will Be Accepted. 12) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Assortment Will Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular In Terms Of Required Certificates, Technical Opinions And Approval For Use In Poland, If Required; 13) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Means And Technical Conditions, As Well As Economic And Organizational Potential Necessary To Complete The Order; All Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order (E.G. Moving, Folding, Cleaning, Etc.) Will Be Performed By The Contractor Using Its Own Employees. 14) The Return Of Goods That Are Unsuitable For Use And The Delivery Of Replacement Goods, Free From Defects And Defects, Will Be Made At The Expense Of The Contractor. 15) The Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Not Accepted During The Final Acceptance Period Will Be Replaced By The Contractor With A New One With The Same Parameters And Type Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party, At Its Own Expense. 16) Packaging From The Delivered Equipment Or Materials Is To Be Assembled And Deposited In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. After The Delivery, The Contractor Will Clean The Premises And Remove The Waste At His Own Expense. 17) All Installed Operating Devices Should Be Equipped With An Operating Manual, And Devices Requiring It Should Also Be Equipped With An Operating Manual In Polish. 18) After Delivery And Assembly, The Equipped Rooms Are To Be Ready For Acceptance And Use (The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Comprehensive Cleaning Of The Rooms). 19) It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area In Order To Obtain Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And To Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. It Is Also Recommended That The Contractor Obtains, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. The Costs Of Performing A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site Are Borne By The Contractor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Scope And Implementation Conditions Are Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Parts - Annex No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D And 1E, Respectively, To The Swz.
