The Ordering Party Does Not Provide The Service Of Dismantling Waste Containing Asbestos From Roof Coverings Of Buildings. Waste Containing Asbestos With The Code 17 06 05* - I.E. Construction Materials Containing Asbestos, Resulting From The Replacement Or Removal Of Roof Coverings Or Other Construction Elements From Residential And Farm Buildings Owned By Persons. Physical Entities From The Jaświły Commune. Products Containing Asbestos Are Deposited On The Property Of Residents Who Have Registered For The Asbestos Removal Program On Farms In The Jaświły Commune. The Amount Of Asbestos To Be Collected Declared By The Residents (Estimated Amount Based On The Submitted Applications) Is Approximately 134.895 Mg, Assuming That One The Corrugated Cement And Asbestos Board Weighs Approx. 15 Kg. The List Of The Number Of Properties Divided By Locality Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. The Scope Of The Service Provided Mainly Includes: - Preparation For Loading Of Previously Dismantled Asbestos Boards Stored On The Properties Of The Residents Of The Jaświły Commune (Placing On A Pallet And Securing With Foil); - Weighing The Dismantled Asbestos-Cement Boards Directly On The Property Of Each Resident, Using The Contractors Own Devices (Equipped With Legalization). The Costs Of Weighing Waste Are Borne By The Contractor; - Transport Of Collected And Properly Secured Asbestos Products - Transfer Of The Collected Asbestos To A Hazardous Waste Landfill. The Landfill Manager Must Have A Decision Authorizing The Conduct Of Activities In The Field Of Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos With Code 17 06 05 - Preparation Of Asbestos Collection Reports From Property Owners And A Waste Transfer Card To The Landfill, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations3. The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Execution Of The Order, The List Of Properties, As Well As The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos To Be Collected, May Change. The Contractors Final Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On The Actual Amount Of Waste Collected Resulting From Waste Collection Protocols With Residents, But Not More Than 134.895 Mg4. In The Event Of Differences Between The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products To Be Removed And The Documented Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products Actually Removed, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Contractors Actual Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Product Acceptance Reports.5. The Contractor Shall Provide All Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Securing The Collection Point, Setting Up Facilities And Equipment For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Securing Existing Facilities Against Damage, Etc.) As Well As The Necessary Tools And Equipment.6. Before Starting The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree A Work Schedule With The Property Owners And The Ordering Party, Indicating Specific Waste Collection Dates For Individual Facilities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Waste Collection Deadlines Set Out In The Above Schedule.7. Each Time, The Contractor Prepares An Acceptance Report In Three Copies Of The Weighing Of Collected Waste, Of Which 1 Copy Is Sent To The Property Owner And 1 Copy To The Ordering Party. The Waste Collection Protocol Includes At Least: A) The Address Of The Property From Which The Waste Was Collected, The Name And Surname Of The Resident, The Date Of Collection And The Amount And Type Of Waste Collected Expressed In Mg8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Qualitative And Quantitative Waste Records In Accordance With The Adopted Waste Classification And Based On Document Templates Used For Waste Records.9. The Contractor Should Have The Decisions And Permits Required By Law And Appropriate Technical Potential, Including Persons Authorized To Perform This Service. Before Starting Waste Collection, The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Difficulties In Access To The Property (Roads With Different Surfaces - Dirt, Rocky, On Hills).10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Asbestos From The Properties Of Residents In The Jaświły Commune In Accordance With The Attached List (Appendix No. 8 To Swz), Regardless Of Its Form And Method And Place Of Storage.11. Before Starting The Work And During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor: A) Immediately After Signing The Contract With The Ordering Party (No Later Than 7 Days Before Starting The Work), Reports The Commencement Of Work Consisting In The Removal Of Waste Containing Asbestos To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, The Competent District Labor Inspector And The Competent State Sanitary Inspector. The Contractor Will Send Copies Of The Notifications To The Ordering Party To The Indicated E-Mail Address. B) Each Time The Contractor Will Clean Up The Property After Performing The Service (If Necessary) And Will Clean The Collection Site From Asbestos Dust In A Way That Prevents The Emission Of Asbestos Into The Environment, Taking Into Account The Safeguards Resulting From The Provisions Of Law In In This Respectc) Will Bear Any Costs Of Compensation For Damage Caused To Third Parties As A Result Of The Performance Of The Service Or Work Related To It, As Well As For The Consequences Of Accidents To Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Performance Of The Work. D) Is Obliged To Perform The Service In Question In A Reliable Manner, Safe For People And The Environment, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Regulations Regarding The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos.
