The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of 10 Pieces Of Brand New, Unused, Completely Low-Floor/Low-Entry Single-Section Ev Buses, Midi Class (7 Pcs.) And Maxi (3 Pcs.) To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, With Technical Specifications In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Along With Additional Equipment, Software And Documentation. 2) Designing The Foundation And Connection, Obtaining A Building Permit And Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of The Necessary Infrastructure For The Delivery And Assembly Of 5 Pieces Of Brand New Plug-In Stationary Chargers, And The Delivery Of 5 Pieces Of Brand New Mobile Chargers In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also: 1) Grant The Ordering Party The Rights Of An Authorized Service Station To Service And Repair The Delivered Ev Buses, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 2) Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Scope Referred To In The Opz In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). 3) It Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Instructions, Catalogues, Specifications, Technical Documentation And Other Required Studies Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) And Deliver Them Together With Licenses To Use This Documentation. 4) It Will Provide The Necessary Software And Systems Referred To In The Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Together With Documentation And Licenses.
