Moving Workshops Services – Programming, Organization And Animation Of Cycling Workshops For Residents And Users On The Territory Of The Public Territorial Establishment Grand Paris Seine Ouest. The Contract Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement For Services, Processed Through Purchase Orders On The Basis Of Unit Prices, With No Minimum Amount But With A Maximum Amount Of €375,000 Excluding Tax Per Period In Application Of Articles R.2162-2 To R.2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Not Awarded Within The Meaning Of Articles L.2113-10, L.2113-11, R.2113-2 And R.2113-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, Because It Is Imperative For The Proper Execution Of The Services It Provides. Y Is A Single Provider. Indeed, A Single Service Provider Will Allow For Effective Programming That Achieves Its Objectives. Only A Global Vision Of The Workshops Allows Them To Be Programmed/Rescheduled Taking Into Account The Registrants, The Balance Between Cities, The Frequency Between Workshops, And To Develop Reports And An Overall Evaluation, Which Are Missions In Their Own Right For This Market. . The Workshops Requested By The Cities Also Include Varied Activities The Majority Of The Time (For Example Self-Repair Plus Awareness Workshop, Plus Demonstration Of Special Bicycles), It Is Important To Ensure Good Coordination Between The Different Activities Offered. Finally, This Allows For A Sufficient Volume Of Activity So That The Insertion Clause Can Be Executed Under Good Conditions. The Market Is Not A Slice Market. The Contract Does Not Include Any Options Or Possible Additional Services. The Contract Will Take Effect From July 17, 2024 Or Its Notification Date If Later For A Period Of Two (2) Years Renewable Once (1) For The Same Period By Tacit Renewal, I.E. A Maximum Period Of Four (4) Years. The Holder Of The Contract Concerned Cannot Refuse Its Renewal In Accordance With Article R.2112-4 Of The Public Procurement Code.
