Buses And Coaches – Acquisition Of 15+5 New (M3/I) Electric Buses. During The Procedure, The Tenderer Wishes To Purchase 15 And, As An Option, 5 New, M3/I Vehicle Category (Locally Designed), Low-Floor, City Solo, Purely Electric Buses. The Successful Tenderer Must Undertake A 36-Month Unlimited Mileage Warranty For The Offered Buses And Must Undertake The Mandatory Repairs And Maintenance During The Warranty Period. Batteries Have A Mandatory 72-Month Warranty. The Detailed Rules Are Contained In The Public Procurement Documents. Definition Of Low Floor: Single-Story, Low-Floor Design, Stairs Are Not Allowed. Threshold Height: A Maximum Of 340 Mm For Each Door In Case Of Operational Level Adjustment, Which Can Be Reduced To A Maximum Threshold Height Of 260 Mm For At Least One Door With The Kneeling Function. Also, The Height Of The Walking Floor Cannot Be More Than 400 Mm. The Tenderer Means The Following By Solo Bus: A One-Piece, Two-Axle Road Vehicle Equipped With Blown Rubber Tires Designed For The Transport Of Passengers, Not Connected To An Electric Overhead Line, In Which, Including The Drivers Seat, There Are At Least 10 Or More Permanent Seats And The Length Of The Vehicle Between 11.5 And 12.7 Meters, While Its Maximum Permissible Total Weight Does Not Exceed 19.5 Tons. Under The M3 Vehicle Category, The Bidder Is 5/1990. (Iv.12.) According To The Köhém Regulation, It Means Buses With A Maximum Permissible Weight Of More Than 5T. Under The Breakdown Of The Tendering Vehicle Category (M3/I), We Mean The Following: Regulation No. 107 Of The Economic Commission For Europe Of The United Nations (Unece) - Uniform Provisions On The Approval Of M2 And M3 Category Vehicles With Regard To Their General Construction I. Class: Vehicles With Areas Designed For Standing Passengers, Enabling Frequent Passenger Movement (Local Buses). 6/1990 Köhém § 2 (7) For The Application Of An Electric Vehicle: A) A Purely Electric Vehicle, The Drive Chain Of Which Contains At Least One Electrical Energy Storage Device, An Electrical Current Conversion Unit, And An Electrical Machine That Uses Stored Electrical Energy To Drive The Vehicle Converts It Into Mechanical Energy And Has No Other Resources To Drive The Car (Environmental Protection Class 5E). The Proposed Buses Must Be Purely Electric. The Vehicles Built-In Drivetrain Must Ensure Stepless And Even Acceleration. The Engine Can Only Be Powered By A Zero-Emission Electric Motor. Power Relative To The Permissible Total Weight Of The Vehicle Must Be At Least 10 Kw/Ton. The Request For Proposals Is For New Buses, With The First Entry Into Service. The Bus Must Be Handed Over With A Valid Hungarian Technical Test And Registration Number. The Official Records Section Of The Traffic License Must Contain The Entry Road-Saving Axle As Well As Suitable For Scheduled Passenger Transport And Suitable For Public Passenger Transport
