Museum-Exhibition Services – Design, Production, Installation, Maintenance And Dismantling Of The Scenography Of The Exhibition “Liberating Provence, Capturing Memory. The Other Landing Photographed (Title Subject To Validation) Programmed At The National Maritime Museum Of Toulon. The Consultation Concerns The Design, Creation, Installation, Maintenance And Dismantling Of The Complete Scenography Of The Exhibition. Date Of The Exhibition: Opening To The Public From July 6, 2024 To January 5, 2025 The Services Are As Follows: - Design Of The Scenography - Creation, Manufacturing, Installation And Assembly, Painting Of The Spaces, Lighting - Monitoring Of Operation And Maintenance During The Exhibition Period - Dismantling Of Furniture And Removal Of Scenography Graphics, Transport, Waste Disposal, Restoration. There Is No Plan To Break It Down Into Lots, The Subject Of The Contract Being A Global Project. Ordinary Market At A Global And Fixed Price. The Contract Is Awarded For A Period Ranging From Its Notification Date Until The End Of The Dismantling Of The Exhibition Scheduled For January 17, 2025 (Dates Subject To Change). In The Event Of A Delay Or Extension Of The Exhibition, The End Date Of The Market Will Be Postponed Accordingly. There Is No Renewal The Financing Of The Service Is Provided By The Departmental Budget
