The Client Has A Two-Time Extension Option Beyond The Initial Fixed Term. You Can Extend The Term Of The Contract By One Year, I.E. Up To A Maximum Contract Term Of 5 Years, By Means Of A Unilateral Written Declaration. The Contractor (Hereinafter Referred To As An) Should Be Commissioned With The Implementation Of A Digital Care And Treatment Documentation System That Is Ready For Acceptance, I.E. Essentially Defect-Free, And Compatible With The Current It Landscape, In Accordance With The Procurement Documents Including The (Partial) Functional Description Of Services. In This Respect, All Necessary Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Service Description, From The Project Planning And Planning Of The Digital Care And Treatment Documentation System Through Installation And Commissioning To Support And Service. .
