Tenders are invited for Tor - Business Trainer - Service Provide Closing Date: Monday, 22. Apr 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Labor & Livelihoods Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: A detailed timeline, will be mutually agreed upon with the selected candidate (Upon 10 months) SIF Lebanon is seeking the services of Business Trainer service provider to provide the following services: Conduct business training sessions for 50 MSMEs in the North region Provide tailored one-to-one training sessions for each of the 50 MSMEs to address their individual challenges and opportunities. Assist in securing appropriate venues or spaces for conducting the business training sessions. Support the MSMEs in developing their recovery plans, focusing on strategies for business continuity and growth in the post-pandemic context. Develop a detailed logframe outlining the objectives, activities, outputs, outcomes, and indicators for the business training program. Prepare a comprehensive budget for the implementation of the business training program, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Conduct regular follow-up sessions with the participating MSMEs to monitor their progress, provide ongoing support, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
