D) Knowledge Hub: - Preparing And Providing The Project Team And The Animator Of The Vistula Subregion With Current Data On Development Industries And Employers From These Industries In The Southern Metropolitan Subregion. E) Activities Of The Pomeranian Vocational Guidance System: - Development Of The Pspz Network, I.E. Recruitment Of New Members, In Including Career Advisors, Career Advisors, Hr, Entrepreneurship, Training And Coaching Specialists, - Establishing And Maintaining Contacts With Employers In Order To Obtain Knowledge About The Competence Needs Of Enterprises From Development Industries, - Ongoing Cooperation With The Project Team, Including Participation In Quarterly Meetings The Team At The Ordering Partys Headquarters And In Online Meetings As Needed, - Organization Of Meetings Of Career Advisors In The Southern Metropolitan Subregion, With The Participation Of Experts And Employers And Other Environments, In Order To Improve The Quality And Adaptability Of The Services They Provide.
