Expression of Interest are invited for Creation of a State level Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Adoption Index in India. Publication Date: 4/7/2024 12:00 AM EDT EOI Deadline: 4/22/2024 11:59 PM EDT Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) is a set of shared and interoperable digital systems built on open standards and specifications. DPI has been a key driver of Indias digitalisation efforts. India leveraged the India Stack a set of foundational DPI namely digital ID, digital payments, and data exchange, to improve financial inclusion, increase formalisation in the economy, and improve public and private service delivery. The World Bank seeks to engage a Consulting Firm to support the World Banks Digital Development team in India to create a State level Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) adoption index. The work will be done under the aegis and guidance of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MEITY).
