The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment In The Design And Build Formula Under The Name: Construction Of Access Road No. To Agricultural And Forest Land And Access Roads To The Buildings Of Individual Consolidation Participants From The Operation Consolidation Of Agricultural Land In The Village Of Biskupice, Pilica Commune, Zawiercie County Constituting A Sub-Measure: Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Covered By The Development Program Rural Areas For 2014-2020 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Programme). The Subject Of The Order Concerns In Particular The Design And Execution Of Construction Works, Including: 1) Construction Of An Existing Road - Length Approx. 906 M; 2) Unblocking Or Construction And Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Roads; 3) Construction And Reconstruction Of Public And Individual Exits; 4) Clearing Of Greenery Colliding With The Investment; 5) Reconstruction And Protection Of The Existing Infrastructure; If Such A Need Arises At The Stage Of Creating The Target Design Documentation Or During Execution Works. The Detailed Description Of The Order Is Set Out In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages And Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I: Based On The Program, The Functional - Utility Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment In Question Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions For Their Implementation (Building Permits And/Or Notification Of Construction Works), 2) Stage Ii: Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation And Technical Specifications; The Order Includes The Designers Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works At Stage Ii. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Including Materials And Equipment) For A Period Of 60 Months, Which Will Start From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. Throughout The Entire Period Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The Date Of Final Acceptance) The Contractor Must Have Current Civil Liability Insurance For Material Damage (Third Party Property And Entrusted Property) Arising In Connection With The Implementation Of The Task And For A Guarantee Sum Not Less Than The Value Of The Future Contract In Regarding Public Procurement Expressed In Pln Or For Foreign Currencies In An Equivalent Amount, Converted According To The Average Exchange Rate Of Pln In Relation To Foreign Currencies Announced By The National Bank Of Poland On The Last Business Day Preceding The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Vehicles For The Execution Of The Order In Question In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of January 11, 2018.
