1) The Order Covers The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Duneman Trough Irrigation System At The Forest Nursery In The Małachów Forest District In The Koniecpol Forest District On The Plot No. 2810, Nakło District, In The Scope Of: − Retrofitting The Field Arm With A 2 Electromagnetic Valve − Execution Of Underground Pe Pipelines Ø 75 Mm With An Outlet For Connecting To The Field Arm, − Construction Of New Cabling Connecting The Designed Field Sprinkler Arm With The Farm Building, − Delivery And Installation Of The Field Sprinkler Arm, − Delivery And Installation Of Concrete Slabs For The Running Track Of The Field Sprinkler Arm, − Delivery And Installation Of A Water Meter Dn 100 With A Pulse Transmitter In The Pumping Station Building, − Construction Of A Road Track For The Field Sprinkler Arm.2) General Information Regarding The Execution Of The Order: A) The Offer Price Should Include: - In The Case Of Using Subcontractors, Coordinating The Subcontractors Works, Bearing Full Responsibility For Them; - Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory (Internal For The Needs Of The Employer) Without The Need For Approval At The Local Geodesy Center; - Performing Works Taking Into Account All Conditions And Orders Arising From Mutual Arrangements And Obligations; - Ensuring That The Work Site Is In Proper Condition And Order, As Well As In The Event Of Using Roads, Real Estate, Facilities And Devices That The Contractor Will Disturb In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Order, - Compensation For Any Damage Related To The Performance Of Works Caused To Third Parties Or Damage To Property; - Costs Of All Utilities Necessary To Complete The Order (Electricity, Water, Etc.) - Waste Management In Accordance With With The Entries In The Bills Of Quantities And Descriptions In The Project; B) Terms Of Contract Execution, Contractors Obligations: Requirements For The Works - All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions And Construction Practice, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. With The Recommendations Of The Ordering Partys Investor Supervision Inspector And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Design Documentation, Construction Notification, Guidelines Of This Swz, As Well As Its Other Annexes.3) Warranty And Guarantee Conditions: A) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee Of At Least 36 Months For The Entire Subject Of The Order. B) The Warranty Card Template Constitutes Annex No. 13 To This Tor, Which Is Also An Annex To The Contract. C) The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works. D) The Warranty Periods Granted By Subcontractors Must Correspond, At Least, To The Period Granted By The Contractor And Will Be Counted From The Date Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works. E) The Contractor Is Obliged To The Ordering Party Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Preparation Of A Fault-Free Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract.4) Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Equivalent Solutions - Involving The Use Of Materials And Devices Other Than Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Provided That All Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Documentation. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Documents Containing A Description Of The Materials And Equipment Proposed By The Contractor As Equivalent. The Contractor Relying On Equivalent Solutions Must Demonstrate (Prove) That The Offered Materials And Devices Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Documentation. In The Event Of Offering Equivalent Materials Or Techniques For Performing Construction Works, The Contractor Must, Together With The Oferta Form, Present The Offered Materials Or Techniques For Performing Construction Works And Attach Documents Confirming Technical Parameters And A Comparative Analysis, Which Clearly Shows That They Are Fully Equivalent To Solutions Indicated In The Procedure Documentation. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Materials And Devices In The Offer, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Technical Documentation For This Procedure Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. The Term Parameters Means Functional And Quality Properties (Including Compliance With The Standards Referred To In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order), Intended Use, Materials, Safety And Durability. In The Case Of Offering Equivalent Solutions Referred To Above - The Offer Must Be Accompanied By Documents (E.G. Technical Descriptions, Catalog Cards, Declarations Of Conformity) Describing The Proposed Materials And Devices To Confirm That The Use Of The Materials And Devices Proposed By The Contractor As Equivalent Meets Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.5) A Detailed Description Of The Order Includes: Design Documentation - Annex No. 10; Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 11; Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 12, However, The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature, Enabling Contractors Valuation Of The Planned Works. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Increasing The Scope Of Works Beyond What Was Included In The Bill Of Quantities.
